**Abstract**

*U(3) ´ U(3)*dynamics the physical consequences are calculated for PB and BB interactions at the low energies (up to ~ 50 Mev in L-frame). The contributions from P, Vm and Am nonets are taken into account. The results obtained are in satisfactory agreement with experiment.

Abstract

The vector and axial
vector mesons are introduced into the chiral U(3) ´ U(3)
dynamics in a gauge invrariant way. Decay widths of this mesons are
calculated both without symmetry breaking and with symmetry breaking.
Obtained results are in satistactory agreement with experiment.

**Abstract**

We began the construction
of the electrodynamics in terms of the experimentally observed
quantities - intensities **E** and **H**,
the potentials A^{m }not being used. A Lagrange
function is suggested for wich the Eiler-Lagrange equations exactly
coincide with the Maxwell equations in vacuum. P-, T-invariance
transformations of the Maxwell equations and Lagrange function are
considered. A 32-parametric invariance algebra of the Maxwell equations
in the matrix-differential class of operators of the first order is
established. We have got the fundamental and new additional
conservation laws according to the Noether theorem as a consequence of
this algebra and Lagrange function.

A Lagrange function in
terms of electromagnetic field strengths is constructed being is a 4-
vector with respect to the total Poincare group P(1, 3), whose
Eiler-Lagrange equations are equivalent to the Maxwell equations. The
advantages of the Lagrange function proposed in comparison with the
known pseudovector with respect to the P(1, 3) group Lagrange function
are shown. The conserved quantitites on the basis of corresponding
generalization of Noether theorem are found.
